Terms and Conditions

1. The balance is due on or before the wedding date. Payment accepted: Cash, check, or Venmo @stamperfilms
2. Stamper Films LLC reserves the right to use the video footage for promotional purposes.
3. The videographer, Yan Li, takes the utmost care in the services offered. However, if for unforeseen reasons
including mechanical failure, human error, or negligence by the videographer, the video fails to fulfill the contract
agreement, payment in its entirety will be refunded (not including deposit). If a full refund is given, Stamper Films
will retain all filmed footage.
4. Upon signing this agreement by both parties, a 10% deposit is required to secure your date and time of
wedding. The deposit is refundable up to 90 days before the date of the event.
5. FORCE MAJEURE. If performance of this Contract or any obligation under this Contract is prevented, restricted, or
interfered with by causes beyond either party's reasonable control ("Force Majeure"), and if the party unable to carry
out its obligations gives the other party prompt written notice of such event, then the obligations of the party invoking
this provision shall be suspended to the extent necessary by such event. The term Force Majeure shall include, without
limitation, acts of God, fire, explosion, vandalism, storm or other similar occurrence, orders or acts of military or civil
authority, or by national emergencies, insurrections, riots, or wars, or strikes, lock-outs, work stoppages, other labor
disputes, or supplier failures. The excused party shall use reasonable efforts under the circumstances to avoid or remove
such causes of non-performance and shall proceed to perform with reasonable dispatch whenever such causes are
removed or ceased.
6. In the event of an accident at the venue, liability insurance is provided by Hiscox Insurance.
7. Drone footage will be included for no extra fee. Yan Li is FAA certified to fly UAV's, and will follow all applicable
rules and regulations.
8. Stamper Films LLC will choose the best footage from the day to include in the videos. Stamper Films does not show
un-edited footage, nor involve clients in the process of selecting footage. Each event can have up to 10 hours of
footage that we carefully look through to find the best 4-7 minutes.
9. Please allow up to 12 weeks for delivery of the project.
